IBM Think in San Francisco
Bringing IBM Think to life was no small feat—it was a multi-day experience built to spark big ideas, forge new connections, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI and hybrid cloud strategy. At the heart of it all? Howard Street, the vital artery between Moscone North and South, which we transformed into an immersive innovation corridor pulsing with energy, interaction, and purpose.
This wasn’t just a walkway—it became the soul of the event. In close collaboration with IBM’s internal event team and visionary creative director, we reimagined the space as a vibrant, open-air hub where inspiration could strike around every corner. We designed a bold, dynamic environment that served multiple functions: an open-air theater hosted engaging keynotes and surprise guest speakers, while beautifully designed networking zones invited spontaneous conversations and meaningful peer-to-peer exchanges.
The experience was rich with curated details: modular lounge setups to suit every type of meeting style, interactive touchpoints to showcase IBM’s tech in action, and stylishly branded F&B stations that reflected both local flair and global influence—keeping attendees fueled and inspired throughout the day. The layout was intentionally fluid, encouraging discovery and movement, while anchoring the event with visual cohesion and ease of flow.
To kick it all off, we hosted a high-energy welcome reception, turning the space into a celebration of possibility—complete with ambient lighting, live entertainment, and immersive moments that previewed the innovation to come.
Most importantly, this hub didn’t just connect buildings—it connected people, ideas, and potential. It was an experience designed to be lived, not just attended—and a true embodiment of IBM’s forward-thinking ethos.
